Based on a traditional New England design and using sustainable building materials and methods inspired by the Centre for Alternative Technology, our Lodges use a ‘principle rafter’ post and beam frame and are finished in solid wood, floor to ceiling. Resting on discrete pad foundations, Lodges can be located on level or sloping ground, providing a spacious, flexible and restful garden building which is environmentally sensitive, attractive and cost effective. The lodges are all fully insulated and are finished with waxed wooden floor boards, double glazed wooden doors and windows,   low maintenance pressure treated cladding and a decked porch. Additional options include wood burning stoves, power and light fittings and various paint finishes.
In every aspect of the design and construction, we use the highest quality materials and products to make our Lodges unique. All of the timber used is from sustainable sources and the integrity of the materials ensures longevity and an increasing beauty as the materials weather.
